YOUR PROJECT INFORMATION

PRIVACY

You can browse this website without an account. When you request a quote, Timbertec Frame & Finish collects the contact details, project information and files you choose to provide. Timbertec uses them to review your enquiry, prepare estimates and communicate with you about the work.

Project requests and uploaded files are stored privately on the website’s hosting service. Timbertec’s authorized administrator can access them. If you choose the optional customer portal, your sign-in identity is used to show your own project information. Project photos you submit with an enquiry are not automatically published in the public gallery.

When email delivery is enabled, an email provider processes project notifications and confirmation messages. Your quote request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, contact contact@timbertecframeandfinish.com or call 249-899-3828. External social links are governed by their respective services.
